Full Description
DJI Mavic 2 Enterprise Advanced Drone
A new and improved Mavic 2 with best-in-class RGB and Thermal performance and RTK positioning technology.
Mavic 2 Enterprise Advanced Key Features
- Thermal and RGB Sensors - A 48MP RGB sensor coupled with a 640 x 512 radiometric thermal camera make the Enterprise Advanced the most versatile Mavic on the market. This high-quality dual-sensor setup means that you can gather more accurate data.
- Centimetre-Level Positioning with RTK - The Mavic 2 Enterprise Advanced supports RTK with the introduction of the DJI RTK module (sold separately) allowing accurate operations even in hazardous environments.
- Advanced Digital Zoom - The M2E (Mavic 2 Enterprise) Advanced supports 32x digital zoom. This allows you to collect accurate temperature measurements and visual data from a safer distance and with more discretion.
- Data Security - Local Data Mode and AES-256 encryption means drone operators can keep sensitive flights secure and private.
- Wide Compatibility - The majority of Mavic 2 Enterprise accessories will work with this new Advanced model, expending your possibilities even further!
Can you spot the police dog handler in the top image? No? But as Wiltshire Police demonstrated, it is much easier when using the thermal camera on the Mavic 2 Enterprise Advanced.
Mavic 2 Enterprise Advanced vs Dual vs Zoom
Best-in-class RGB and Thermal performance with RTK level precision.
The Mavic 2 Enterprise Advanced is a powerful, versatile and compact drone, perfect for firefighting, search and rescue, law enforcement, power inspection, and environmental protection.
It is a much-improved version of the Mavic 2 Enterprise Dual and original Mavic 2 Enterprise. It features high-class visual, thermal, zoom and RTK capabilities in one package. Upgrades include:
- Higher Resolution Camera: Mavic 2 Enterprise Advanced has a 48MP visual sensor, compared to the 12MP camera on the Dual and Original. The M2EA's visual sensor is a 1/2" CMOS; the Dual/Original is a 1/2.3" CMOS.
- Better Thermal Sensor: The Advanced has 640 x 512 px thermal resolution, with 30Hz frame rate, compared to 160 x 120 px, with 9Hz frame rate, on the Dual. The M2EA can store thermal imagery as R-JPEG; the Dual just JPEG.
- More Powerful Zoom: The M2EA has 32x digital zoom, compared to 3x digital and 2x optical zoom on the Original, and 4x digital zoom on the Dual. The Advanced also has a dedicated 16x thermal zoom.
- RTK Module: The M2EA can be integrated with an RTK module, providing centimetre-level positioning. The Dual/Original can't use the RTK module.
- Waypoints: The M2EA can generate up to 240 waypoints to enable automated and more complex missions. The Dual can use up to 99 waypoints.
The resolution of your thermal sensor can be the difference between success and failure - M2EA has a radiometric 640 x 512px resolution sensor with a 30Hz frame rate. In comparison, the Dual has a non-radiometric 160 x 120px, 9Hz sensor.
