Coverdrone will issue you with three documents - a Statement of Fact, Policy Schedule, and Evidence of Cover. The Policy Schedule is the official policy document and proof of cover, so please upload this here, as part of your rental application with heliguy™.

As part of the insurance application process, all rental equipment must be insured under the Non-Owned Electronic Equipment or Rented Goods section to ensure we can dispatch the equipment as quickly as possible.

As part of your rental application, we will require a copy of your passport or driving licence to confirm your identity, as well as a recent utility bill or bank statement matching the shipment address.

We accept photograph copies of the above as proof.

All documents are stored securely, and not distributed to third-party companies in line with Cyber Essentials.
