Matrice 300 RTK: Smart Inspection AI Spot Check

DJI has launched the M300 RTK - a next-level commercial drone platform which offers enhanced flight performance, unrivalled safety features and Intelligent Flight Modes.

The Smart Inspection AI Spot Check is an immensely popular Intelligent Flight Mode which many use in their line of work.

To get to grips with the AI Spot Check Intelligent Flight feature mode you'll need to know a couple tips and tricks. So to get you on your DJI M300 RTK journey Heliguy™ has created this fast and simple tutorial for you to follow.

1. Launch the DJI Pilot App
   
   
   Use the DJI Smart Controller to launch the DJI Pilot App.
   
   
2. Tap Create a Route
   
   
   Tap Create Route to proceed in making your own customised AI-Spot Check route.
   
   
3. Choose Waypoint
   
   
   Select the Waypoint option.
   
   
4. Tap Live Mission Record
   
   
   Go into Live Mission Record to begin the AI-Spot Check process.
   
   
5. Manually Fly Aircraft to Target Place
   
   
   Fly the DJI M300 RTK to the target location.
   
   
6. Use Zenmuse H20 Or H20T To Take Photos
   
   
   Now take images of the location you want to target.
   
   
7. DJI Pilot App Saves Waypoints
   
   
   
   Whilst taking the photos the DJI Pilot App will automatically save them as waypoints. These waypoints can be used later on to save the flight mission plan to repeat it again.
   
   
8. Select Start Drag-select
   
   
   You can now select the target object in the photo. The DJI M300 RTK will recognise the target object for the next mission.
   
   
9. Click Save
   
   Click Save to save the flight plan waypoint and actions information. You can use this flight plan for your next missions to create reliable results.
   
   
10. Upload Flight Routes
    
    
    Uploading your flight routes enables you to conduct the same flight mission again without starting from scratch.
    
    
11. Click Start Action
    
    When clicking Start Action the DJI M300 RTK will being the flight mission as planned.
