DJI OM4: Creating A Timelapse

Meet DJI OM4, a smartphone stabilizer that is the ultimate solution for sharing your world.

One of the many creative features the DJI OM4 offers it's users when paired with the DJI Mino App is the Timelapse mode.

In this fast Heliguy™ tutorial you will learn how to use the Timelapse mode on your DJI OM4.

You can warp time and space by using the Timelapse mode which results in stunning footage.

1. Switch to 'Timelapse' Mode
   
   
   
   To switch between shooting modes you must scroll near the 'Shutter Release' button.
   
   
2. Go into 'Timelapse Settings'
   
   
   
   This can be found at the top middle of the screen and creates a drop down menu.
   
   
3. Choose your 'Timelapse Settings'
   
   
   
   Now is the moment you get to be creative! Pick your Timelapse interval, duration and path.
   
   
4. Choosing your 'Path'
   
   
   
   To choose the direction you want your path you must select 2-4 points using the 'Joystick'.
   
   
5. Confirming path
   
   
   
   To confirm your Path points, click the blue 'Plus' symbol. Remember, you can choose 2-4 different paths so get creative!
   
   
6. Press the 'Shutter Release' button
   
   
   
   Clicking the Shutter Release button will start your Timelapse. Now all you have to do is wait for the Timelapse to be complete.
   
   
7. Your Timelapse is complete
   
   
   
   Now your Timelapse is complete you can edit it using the DJI Mimo App and share it with your friends.
   
   
   
   
   

You can always change the Timelapse settings and get very creative when it comes to this unique mode.

By changing the Timelapse interval, duration and path the creative possibilities are endless.
